Active Birth Workshops
Preparation is key for a positive birth experience. Our Active Birth Workshops for expectant couples give parents-to-be practical tools and up-to-date information to prepare for birth and parenthood. The workshops are limited to a small number of couples (women plus their birth partners) so that we can give individual attention to everyone attending. Our combined experience as professionals and mothers plus our commitment to supporting parents in their journey to parenthood make this workshop an informative, enriching, nurturing experience not to be missed. Our next workshop takes place on Saturday December 3rd 2016 from 2-6pm in St Gabriels Parish Centre, Clontarf, Dublin 3.
